General information
The advertised room is located in an apartment just north of Skarpskyttevägen in the northern part of Lund City. This city is growing to the east and north, thus giving this area a feeling of becoming more and more central.

For your commuting, this area is one of the best in Lund. 3 local city buses within 5 min walking distance. Add a few minutes and you'll find the nearest bus station. From the you can easily go to Malmö. Find out more about commuting at Skånetrafiken's website.
Important when you arrive
The local city buses do not accept cash. Read more at Skånetrafiken (see link above). Supposing you arrive by train your best choice is to find bus nr 2 or 4 at a place called Bantorget. You can choose either one of the green buses 2 or 4. You can push the stop-button when the bus drives between Mc Donalds on the left side and Statoil on the right side.
If you buy a ticket from Copenhagen/Kastrup airport to Lund, then this ticket should also cover one trip within Lund city with any of the green city buses or any of the yellow regional buses.

IMPORTANT! There's no where to plug in a TV in room 2. If you connect a TV in room 3 you will have to accept a questionable signal.
As you can see all of the green areas are private for me and my family. Then of course, if any of the rooms numbered 2,3 and 4 are not in use by any lodger, these are also private during that time.
One of the most important details to be aware of is that there is not enough space in the kitchen for any kitchen table/chairs. You will have to bring all food into you room or eat while standing up in the kitchen.
You can put one pair of shoes just inside the door. The rest of your belongings you will have to bring into your room. The only exception is if you have a few kitchen accessories, which you can keep in the kitchen.
The small white space just outside room 3 is sometimes shared and sometimes private.
You will share this part of the kitchen with 1-2 other lodgers

We have scheduled cleaning duties serving the purpose of splitting up the cleaning duties on each and everyone who stays here. Cleaning services are not included in the rent.
I'm trying to update cleaning schedules as needed, but I'm expecting you to act as a grown up and take this responsibility even if the schedules are not up to date.
Ignoring the cleaning duties will always lead to some kind of problems.
Respect for others
You need of course respect all other people living here.
More rules
You are NOT allowed to: SMOKE inside, Bring PETS, Have SHOES on inside, SHOWER in the middle of the night.

When you have visitors
When you want to have female visitors
You can have female visitors without asking if you obey these rules
Maximum ONE guest at the same time. Up to two visits per week. Your guest can stay during the daytime hours.
When you want to have male visitors
You can have male visitors only after getting my wife's approval.
When you want to have guests over night
For ALL overnight visits you will need to have my wife's approval.
When you want to invite your parents
When your parents visit you, they count as ONE (so you can have both of them on visit).
Exceptions
When you need help to move in or out, you may have your parents and/or a female/male friend to help you during that 1-2 day, you will still need my wife's approval for every helper staying over night.
Important!
Your guests must for the main part of the visit stay in your room. They are not at all allowed to be in the kitchen. My wife doesn't like when the kitchen becomes to crowded.
